eProductivity is activated via license keys sent over the Internet. Due to the nature of Internet licensing, refunds are impossible. Once a license is generated it is not possible to be "returned".

Please first use the free trial of eProductivity Integrated or eProductivity Stand-alone to ensure that the product will meet your needs before you purchase. We will only refund purchases in special circumstances, and only at the discretion of ICA.COM, Inc.
