Summary
Version 1.91 is an update to the code stream in preparation for the next 2.x version of eProductivity.

New Features

• SPR-7XMBQ9 - If the database is an archive, user will now be warned that upgrading folders could take a very long time. User may now choose to skip upgrade process.
• SPR-85TERU - 'Send & Save' and 'Send & File' now permit filing to all 10 External Databases, if specified (previously, only the first 5 were shown)
• SPR-86M9V7 - Context icons now provided for up to 22 custom contexts. (Previous limit was 8)
• SPR-86N9RL - Added Right-Click option: 'Refresh eProductivity Views' (This will update selection formulas on all Today views; useful for sidebar)
• SPR-86PCCF - New contextual help options added to eProductivity Menu items
• SPR-86RA5C - Added user preference to set default START DATE in Project & Action forms to be blank
• SPR-86W9XD - Added new online help options from eProductivity Menu

Cosmetic Changes

• SPR-86TW38 - Changes to 'Projects & Actions' Preferences to ensure consistent use of 'Types' and 'Contexts'
• SPR-873BB9 - Renamed menu options from "On-line" to "Online"
• SPR-86GDMX - Minor changes to various views to ensure consistency of Read/Unread selection methods
• SPR-86N942 - Added help narrative to preferences when moving e-mail to external DB, copy doclink moved e-mail to clipboard
• SPR-86NF96 - Changed width of project column to prevent truncated text
• SPR-86REKW - Modified margin of TODAY view to prevent truncated text in margins
• SPR-86NMNN - Priority icons added to print version of the 'Today' view
• SPR-86W9Y6 - Cosmetic change to Print 'Today' view dialog
• SPR-86YG9N - Printed 'Today' view changed to black to reduce color ink usage
• SPR-86PBWR - Renamed links on initial Welcome screen and changed underlying URLS to be context-sensitive
• SPR-873BAD - Renamed fields and prompts on Feedback form
• SPR-86PCA4 - Replaced "On-line" with "Online" in various menus

Design Changes & Improvements

• SPR-86DNEV - 'Update List' button  in P&A Preferences modified to check that the first 4 letters of custom actions are not "proj" to prevent user from creating invalid contexts
• SPR-86XATN - Calendar view selection modified to exclude shadow emails
• SPR-86NCTN - An ECL warning will now be displayed the first time user prints the 'Today' view
• SPR-86NF9J - On the 'Today' view, committed projects & next actions now respect the priority flag and sorting of these items (within their context) by priority and then Due date.
• SPR-86X9JE - 'Update list' button in P&A Prefs now inform user when trying to create > 5 Types or 22> Contexts
• SPR-86PDQK - Relocated "How to set up bookmarks" help to online help database
• SPR-86Y9MX - Projects and Actions no longer appear in the 'By Person' view under Email
• SPR-86CPFQ - "Get Update" button now hidden unless there is an update to retrieve
• SPR-86F9W2 - Added check for missing Mail.BOX to prevent blank "Welcome" window title
• SPR-86PCSB - Relocated "How to configure ECL" help to online help database

Known Issues

• SPR-875CPC - Horizons of Focus documents must reside in databases within Notes\Data directory to work properly

Bug Fixes

• SPR-86KBU8 - Resolved Notes issue when attempting to file into a nonexistent folder. (Resolves the Error #4005 ('Notes error: Are you sure you want to remove the selected bookmark folders and their contents?') in SUB EMAILSENDANDFILE (Line #4) : 10 Error
• SPR-873B7C - Resolved duplicate action button issue in preview mode

Limited Support for iPhone and Android with ITANA

• Added beta views to support iPhone and Android compatibility with ITANA. (Note: this is experimental only at this time and may or may not be included in production release.)

Changes to the BlackBerry AutoParser (Note: These features may or may not be included in future versions)
