Subscription Information

Note: If you've purchased an eProductivity perpetual license, you don't need to read this.

Subscription Details

Your subscription will automatically renew at the stated interval and renewal rate unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.

eProductivity subscriptions are managed by PayPal Secure Payment services. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for a free PayPal account during the checkout process. (Note: A PayPal account is optional and is not required pay using your credit card.)

Notification Preferences

By default, PayPal's Email Notification Preferences are set so that you won't receive an email receipt each time a payment is sent for this subscription. If you'd like to receive an email receipt each time payment is sent for this subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'Profile' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose the 'Notifications' link from the 'Account Information' section and follow the on-screen instructions to change this preference.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription and stop future subscription payments:

  • 1. Log in to your PayPal account
  • 2. Go to the 'History' subtab of the 'My Account' tab.
  • 3. Choose 'Subscriptions' from the drop-down 'Show' menu and click 'Submit'.
  • 4. Choose the subscription you want to cancel, and click on its 'Details' link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription.
Cancelling your subscription with PayPal will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

For your security and privacy, ICA.COM, Inc. will never request your PayPal password or credit card information via the web, email, or by telephone.
