eProductivity is available in two product families: Stand-alone and Integrated.
eProductivity Stand-alone: eProductivity is installed as a local application for your Lotus Notes. It does not change the configuration of your Lotus Notes mailbox.
eProductivity Integrated: eProductivity is applied as a template on your Lotus Notes mailbox. It replaces your existing Lotus Notes mail template.
How Stand-alone Works

Installing eProductivity Stand-alone is simple. You just need to download the eProductivity file from our website, and a couple of clicks later, eProductivity is ready to go.
Stand-alone characteristics:
- Local use only. It does not replicate with your Lotus Notes server for the purpose of receiving new emails
- Does not replace your current Lotus Notes mail template
Although new emails will not automatically show up inside of eProductivity Stand-alone, the included Import Email tool makes it easy to gather your emails into eProductivity. From there, you can use eProductivity's world-class email processing tools to manage your messages.
Due to Lotus Notes' capabilities, you can still send emails from eProductivity Stand-alone - any replies will just show up in your regular Notes mailbox.
