Try before you buy

This is a prepaid subscription. It will automatically renew for another period unless cancelled prior to the end of the term. You may cancel this subscription at any time. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. We want you to be satisfied and we encourage you to evaluate eProductivity Stand-alone before you purchase. A 21-day free trial is provided for this purpose.

Your system must meet the system requirements before installing.

Software Activation

eProductivity utilizes an automatic software activation key system. Your software activation will be downloaded and applied automatically. We will also send you an email confirmation with a copy of your activation key; please keep this for your records. You may also apply the key manually at any time using the instructions provided.

Payment Info

ICA.COM, Inc., is an Authorized PayPal Merchant. When you click the "Subscribe" button, you will be redirected to the PayPal Secure Payment system to complete your purchase. ICA.COM, Inc. does not receive any of your payment information. When you have completed your purchase, PayPal will return you to this web site.

Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as "ICA COM INC". You will receive a transaction receipt by email directly from PayPal.

For your security and privacy, ICA.COM, Inc. will never request your PayPal password or credit card information via the web, email, or by telephone.

Subscription Details

Your subscription will automatically renew at the stated interval and renewal rate unless you cancel prior to the next billing date.

eProductivity subscriptions are managed by PayPal Secure Payment services. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for a free PayPal account during the checkout process.

By default, PayPal's Email Notification Preferences are set so that you won't receive an email receipt each time a payment is sent for this subscription. If you'd like to receive an email receipt each time payment is sent for this subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'Profile' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose the 'Notifications' link from the 'Account Information' section and follow the on-screen instructions to change this preference.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription and stop future subscription payments, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'History' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose 'Subscriptions' from the drop-down 'Show' menu and click 'Submit'. Choose this subscription, and click on its 'Details' link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription with PayPal will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.

Minimum system requirements:

• Windows: Lotus Notes R6.x, R7.x, R8.x, and R8.5.1 or higher
• Mac: Lotus Notes R7.03 or higher
• Linux: Lotus Notes R7.03 or higher
• Sametime (optional): any version supported by the Notes client

IMPORTANT: When self-installing eProductivity Integrated, you must have Manager or Designer access to your mail file. Otherwise, you will need to request assistance from your Lotus Notes administrator. System Performance - eProductivity Integrated

Users will experience significant speed improvements when smaller mail files are accessed locally; however, eProductivity will work with mail files of any size, on a local computer or a remote server. We encourage users to make use of the Lotus Notes archiving and eProductivity Reference to move nonactionable information out of the mail file. This will help reduce the mail file size and speed up performance.

We also encourage use of the latest versions of eProductivity as the software is continuously being optimized to improve performance. As with any Lotus Notes application, overall performance will depend on many factors, including the speed of the computer, size and number of documents in the mail file and whether or not the mail file is local or remote.

Support for Lotus Domino, POP3, and IMAP

eProductivity will work with a connection to a Lotus Domino Server, a POP3 server, or both. The IMAP protocol is not supported at this time.
