Advanced Edition - Maintenance and Support Renewal

Please read the following information before purchasing.

Renewal information

This is a 12 month prepaid period of maintenance and support. It will automatically renew for another period unless cancelled prior to the end of the term. You may cancel this agreement at any time. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as "ICA COM INC". You will receive a transaction receipt by email directly from PayPal.

Renewal payments are managed by PayPal Secure Payment services. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you can either pay by credit card or alternatively, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for a free PayPal account during the payment process.

Renewal Activation

eProductivity utilizes an automatic software activation key system. Your software activation will be downloaded and applied automatically. We will also send you an email confirmation with a copy of your activation key; please keep this for your records. You may also apply the key manually at any time using the instructions provided.

How to Cancel Your Automatic Renewal Payment

If you'd like to cancel your automatic renewal payment and stop future payments, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'History' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose 'Subscriptions' from the drop-down 'Show' menu and click 'Submit'. Choose this subscription, and click on its 'Details' link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your automatic renewal payment with PayPal will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this renewal.

Automatic Renewal Notification Preferences

By default, PayPal's Email Notification Preferences are set so that you won't receive an email receipt each time a payment is sent for this renewal.

If you'd like to receive an email receipt each time payment is sent for this renewal, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'Profile' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose the 'Notifications' link from the 'Account Information' section and follow the on-screen instructions to change this preference.

Your Maintenance and Support agreements consist of two elements:

Software maintenance: means you're entitled to receive free eProductivity updates as long as your agreement is current.

Support: means you're entitled to our technical support assistance as long as your agreement is current.
