What is my Lotus Notes User Name?

Your Lotus Notes User Name is your name as it appears in your Lotus Notes Directory. We need to know this name in order to generate the software activation key that we will send you.

Your Lotus Notes user name will typically look something like:
"Firstname Lastname/Organization" (e.g. "John Doe/ICA")

How to determine your Lotus Notes User Name:
The easiest way to lookup your Lotus Notes User Name is to examine your security settings:

1. From the menu bar, select File, Security, User Security
2. If you are prompted to enter a password, you can stop there as your Lotus Notes User Name is displayed on the password dialog
3. Otherwise, look at the User Security Screen to see your Lotus Notes User Name
