Weekly Tip: How to Easily Print Your Lists for Offline Access

Judging from the questions we get, many of you like to print out paper copies of your eProductivity lists so that you can use them on the go. So let us oblige with some information on printing.

In this tip, we'll show you how to easily print out nice-looking copies of your lists.
How to Print your Lists
Let's say that you want to print out your Projects & Actions list so that you have it handy for a meeting you're about to go into.

Printing is very simple. Just select the view that you want to print...

Then, choose to print, such as by going to File > Print. You'll then see the following box. The key here is, chose to print the "Selected view" rather than the default of "Selected documents".

Then click OK and you'll print out a nice looking list. That's all there is to it!
How to Print on a Mac
The process is very similar to that above except that you have one more step. When you go to print your view, you'll be presented with a screen that looks like this...

Choose "Notes options", and you'll be given the opportunity to print the "Selected view" rather than "Selected documents". Everything else is the same as above.
