Free drawing for the GTD System
Q. How do I enter the free drawing for the GTD System?
Simply download and review the evaluation database and then send us your feedback, which will automatically enter you in the drawing.
Q. Do I need to purchase anything to enter the drawing?
No. But you do need to complete the evaluation and send us your feedback.
Q. Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. There's nothing to install. Simply download, open, and explore. When you are done reviewing the evaluation database, you may delete it. There's nothing to uninstall.
Q. How do I find out if I have won?
Following each drawing, we will announce the names of the winners on the Inside.eProductivity web site. We will also include them in the subsequent eProductivity Newsletter, so be sure to subscribe! You can also subscribe to the RSS feed for this site.
Q. I don't have time to evaluate; can I just contact you by email?
Sorry, no. The only way to enter the drawing is to open the evaluation database and process the sample email messages and send us your feedback. This will send us an automated email that will automatically enter your name in the drawing.
Q. Can the person who referred me enter the free drawing for the GTD System?
If you provide us with the name and email of the person that told you about eProductivity when you send us your feedback, we'll automatically enter your friend in the drawing, too.
Q. I forgot to provide my friend's name and email when I sent in my feedback. Can I call you or send it in by email?
Sorry, no. If you didn't provide us with your friends name at the time you submitted your evaluation feedback, we won't know he exists.
Q. I have not purchased or subscribed to eProductivity, yet I told my friend about it. If my friend evaluates eProductivity can I still participate in the free drawing?
Yes.
Cash Gift for Referrals
Q. How do I take advantage of this program?
Referred party: purchase eProductivity before the deadline, using the provided special offer links above.
Referrers: Make sure your friend provides us with your name and email on the "Additional comments" section when they complete their purchase. Once we've verified your name and status, you will be entitled to receive a cash gift for each qualified purchase or subscription.
Q. Which purchases qualify?
Only NEW individual subscriptions and/or NEW individual license purchases made between October 1st - November 15th, 2009. This is a limited-time promotion.
Q. Can I cancel my current subscription, then resubscribe and qualify for the discount prices?
No, sorry. Only new customers will qualify.
Q. When/how will referrers get paid?
Once we've verified your name and status, and once your friend has been an eProductivity paying customer for the "Minimum Use Period," we will credit your PayPal account using the referrer's email address. An invalid email address will be disqualified. Remember to include your friend's name and email in the comment field when you check out. (We can't send your friend cash if we don't know where to send it!)
Q. Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer and still get the cash back?
Absolutely not! You will receive up to $50 cash back for each friend who purchases on or before November 15th. They must also put your name in the Comments section of their payment, otherwise we don't know that you referred them.
Q. Can I blog about this offer?
Yes! While we don't advertise this offer openly on our website, you are free to spread the word. You are welcome to blog about this offer but please understand that this is a limited-time offer. We are evaluating the effectiveness of this program and we may decide to stop it at any time.
Q. What if my friend forgets to indicate my name when evaluating? Can I still participate in the free drawing for the GTD System?
Sorry, no. If they don't provide us with your name at the time they submit their evaluation feedback, we won't know you exist. Be sure your friends like you and will remember you.Q. What if my friend forgets to indicate my name when purchasing? Can I still get the cash back?

Terms and Conditions
Overview
The "Tell A Friend Reward Program" ("Program") special offers described on this page are only available to individual purchasers. That is, purchases or subscriptions made with a personal credit card. Group purchases or purchases made by an organization are ineligible for these offers; however, we do value your referrals and if anyone you refer decides to purchase or subscribe to eProductivity, we will enter your name in the drawing for a free GTD System (A $500 Value).
To receive the referral award, the person you refer must convert from a free evaluaton of eProductivity to a purchased license or subscription and thereafter remain in good standing for at least 120 consecutive days (the "Minimum Use Period"). Each referral reward will be paid using PayPal to the email address provided at time of purchase only. Referrals which, in the sole judgment of eProductivity, do not maintain a paid status for the entire Minimum Use Period will invalidate prior rewards and will prevent your future participation in the Program.
Your reward is personal to you and is not transferable. Please be aware that eProductivity is under no obligation to offer the Program and all Program rewards shall be awarded at the sole discretion of eProductivity. eProductivity reserves the right to deny any Program reward in its sole discretion and may modify or terminate the "Tell a Friend Reward Program" at any time, with or without notice.

Free Drawing Terms & Conditions:
1. The free drawing is open only to individuals who evaluate and submit their feedback about their experience between October 1 - November 15th, 2009.
2. No purchase is required to participate in the free drawing, however, to enter free drawing entrants must a) evaluate the eProductivity software by downloading the evaluation database to their computer, opening the database, and processing the sample emails to learn about the software and b) send us feedback about their experience using the feedback form built-in to the software.
3. If the name and email address of the referring person is provided at the time the feedback is submitted, the referring person will also be entered into the free drawing.
4. Only one prize per winner per 12 month period. Once a winner has been awarded a prize he will be ineligible to win any other prizes for 12 months.
5. Names of winners will be published on the Inside.eProductivity website and in the eProductivity e-mail Newsletter. We will also send a single email notice to the winner.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to check either the Inside.eProductivity website or newsletter to determine if they have won.
7. In the event that prizes remain unclaimed after 7 business days from posting on the web site, an alternate winner will be selected.
8. This offer is null and void in countries where free drawings of this kind are prohibited.
9. In the event that winner's country requires taxes to be paid for prizes received, these will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. In the event of question or dispute, resolution will be at the sole discretion of ICA.COM, Inc. and will be final.
11. ICA.COM, Inc. reserves the right to modify or withdraw this drawing at any time and without notice.
12. Prizes are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
Cash Gift Terms & Conditions:
1. Some organizations do not permit their employees to participate in referral programs where cash awards are offered. It is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with the rules of their organization. Unless otherwise disqualified or ineligible, the recipient may choose instead of a cash award to request that their name be entered in the free drawing once for each referral that results in a new purchase or subscription.
2. The cash gift is offered as a "thank you" for referrals that result in either a NEW purchase of an eProductivity license or a NEW subscription between October 1st - November 15th only.
3. Purchases and subscriptions must be made using the links provided on this page only.
4. The new license or subscription must remain in good standing for at least 120 consecutive days.
5. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the name and email address of the referring person at the time of purchase using the "Additional comments" field. If this information is not provided, unreadable, or invalid, the referrer will become ineligible.
6. Recipient of cash awards in the "Tell a friend" Program must be a current licensee or subscriber of eProductivity. In other words, the friend doing the "telling" about eProductivity must be an actual customer of eProductivity.
7. Cash awards will be delivered to the email address specified using the PayPal service. Depending on the recipient's account status, PayPal may charge a small fee to deliver the funds. Check PayPal.com for details.
8. This offer is for NEW individual purchases or subscriptions only and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or group/volume discount.
