Overview

The "Free License Offer Program" ("Program") runs between December 10th, 2009 and January 31st, 2010, and may not be combined with any other offer. We reserve the right to change or alter this special offer at any time.

Free License Terms & Conditions:

  1. To be eligible to participate in this special offer, at least one qualifying individual license of eProductivity must have been purchased for personal use prior to December, 10, 2009.
  2. The free licenses are offered when a qualifying eProductivity License pack has been purchased. Please see the Offer Purchase Page to view all eligible license packs.
  3. The qualifying eProductivity License pack must have been purchased between December 10th, 2009 and January 31st, 2010.
  4. Free licenses are awarded on the following basis: five free licenses for each qualifying license pack pack purchase. The free licenses will be of the same eProductivity edition as the licenses that are purchased.
  5. This offer is null and void in countries where promotions of this kind are prohibited.
  6. In the event of question or dispute, resolution will be at the sole discretion of ICA.COM, Inc. and will be final.
  7. ICA.COM, Inc. reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Program at any time and without notice.

Cash Refund Terms & Conditions:

  1. To be eligible to participate in this special offer, at least one qualifying individual license of eProductivity must have been purchased for personal use prior to December, 10, 2009.
  2. The cash refund is offered when a qualifying eProductivity License pack has been purchased. Please see the Offer Purchase Page to view all eligible license packs.
  3. To be eligible, the qualifying eProductivity License pack must have been purchased between December 10th, 2009 and January 31st, 2010.
  4. Limit of one cash refund per qualifying License Pack purchase.
  5. We are offering a one time cash refund payable to the original eProductivity customer ("Customer") named on the qualifying license pack transaction. The Customer must meet the following criteria:
    • Was a current licensee or subscriber of eProductivity prior to the qualifying license pack purchase
    • The Customer's Lotus Notes username must be assigned to one of the new licenses purchased as part of the qualifying license pack purchase
  6. For Customers who purchased licenses, the cash value of the refund is equal to the original purchase price they paid via Paypal. For Customers who purchased subscriptions, the cash value of the refund is equal to the last two subscription payments received from PayPal.
  7. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser of the qualifying license pack to provide us with the name and email address of the original eProductivity Customer who seeks a receive a refund of their original eProductivity purchase. This notification must occur at the time of purchase using the "Additional comments" field. Alternatively, this notification may be sent via email to eProductivity.Service@ica.com. If this notification is not provided, or if the information contained within is unreadable or invalid, the refund will become ineligible.
  8. Refund will be delivered to the eligible Customer's email address that they specified when making their original payment using the PayPal service. Please note that PayPal may charge a small fee to deliver the funds. Check www.PayPal.com for details.
  9. This offer is null and void in countries where promotions of this kind are prohibited.
  10. In the event that Customer's country requires taxes to be paid for refunds received, these will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  11. In the event of question or dispute, resolution will be at the sole discretion of ICA.COM, Inc. and will be final.
