Purchasing eProductivity:

Can I convert my subscription to a license?
Yes you can! Contact us to convert your subscription to a new license purchase.
Do I have to subscribe? I prefer to purchase a license
No problem. You may purchase a non-expiring license of eProductivity.
How do I cancel my subscription?

What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of our license activation process, refunds are not generally offered. Please see the Refund Policy for more information.
What happens when my Notes name changes?
Our customer support department can help you. Simply provide us with the Notes name to deactivate and the new name and we will send you a new license activation key.
Can I purchase outside of the U.S.? Can I pay in my local currency?
