Summary
Version 1.88 is a maintenance release. (If you have not already done so, be sure to read the release notes as there are many key items.) This version also removes the debugging code using during the beta program and adding additional error handling routines to trap errors gracefully and allow the user to report these to IBM or eProductivity as appropriate. This version also removes a change, introduced in 1.87 to allow 'Today' view items to appear on the calendar. It was found that this feature could slow performance on large mail files so we have removed this function in favor of a more efficient approach. Many small and subtle new features have been added to this release. Most notable will be the ability to capture a 'Waiting For' item when sending an email simply by selecting a check box. Please explore the other updates to this release as shown below.

New Features

• 'Waiting-for' items can now be created simply by ticking the 'waiting-for' box when sending an email
• Added preferences to allow for silent "send and create 'waiting for'" with a single check box
• Added a new sidebar view to display 'Waiting-For' items
• Preferences updated to enabled the sendTo name to be prepopulated when silently creating 'Waiting Fors' from email.
• Project column/reference now visible in "Print" mode of the Today, at office, at home etc..
• 'Add to Today view' now available as an option in the right-click menu
• Reference Database Path & Replica ID are now examined to facilitate cross PC use in different locations (SPR-84HKDE)
• All embedded views now use 'due date - activity' sorting to permit sorting actions within All Context views by DueDate (SPR-844AX2, SPR-842MEM )
• Added "Check for Updates" functionality for future update notices and activation key retrieval

Cosmetic Changes

• Improved indenting of Actions underneath Projects in 'Projects & Actions' view
• Changed unread items from red to bold black to bring in-line with Notes 8 UX
• Changed wording of prompt that appears when email not configured properly
• Changed wording of feedback question #8
• Added Trademarks for eProductivity Mind Sweep Coach™, and Weekly Review Coach™
• Added trademarks for the Mind Sweep Coach™, and Weekly Review Coach™
• Renamed "Due Date" for Tickler views to "Reminder Date" to be consistent with GTD terminology

Known Issues:

• Titles of sidebar views, when displayed as widgets, do not reflect assigned title names. Instead, they inherit the database and view names. This is a bug in Lotus Notes 8.5.1 as reported by Lotus. Lotus has indicated that this will be fixed in Notes 8.5.2. Meanwhile we will see if we can find a work-around for a future release.

Limited Support for iPhone and Android with ITANA

• Added beta views to support iPhone and Android compatibility with ITANA. (Note: this is experimental only at this time and may or may not be included in production release.)

Changes to the BlackBerry AutoParser (Note: These features may or may not be included in future versions)

• Modified BlackBerry Agent logging to permit verbose and silent options to reduce log file size
